Chief Executive Officer
Leads strategy, partnerships, and the long-term direction of the portfolio. The person in the room when a venture meets its market.
Chief Technology Officer
Two decades of enterprise software engineering and systems architecture. Sets the technical direction for everything we hold.
Chief Operating Officer
Runs the operating layer of the portfolio. AI-native operations and automation. If it needs to ship this week, it goes through Jens.
Chief Marketing Officer
Commercial strategy and go-to-market. Previously built product and growth at Walmart and Intuit.
Chief Revenue Officer
Leads revenue and relationships across the portfolio. Sales leadership and pipeline systems, end to end.
Chief Financial Officer
Finance and operations. Keeps the structure clean, the deals fair, and the books boring.
